Our motto is simple, good food starts with great ingredients. Prior to creating AGAINN's menu, Chef Wes Morton embarked on a journey along the east coast. His search led him to a selection of local farmers that shared his vision for outstanding products. We are proud to serve organic produce, all natural grass-fed beef, farm raised pork, chicken that is certified humane through the Certified Humane and Handled program and sustainable seafood. We are committed to supporting local farms and providing our guests with only the best ingredients available.
